A new offering from Rwanda and another juicy natural processed coffee. The washing station started as a small cooperative but after years of working with Sweet Maria's, they recently renovated and producing much more coffee from the local small farmers that are part of the washing station.
We find the natural process produces a rich fruit body yet very sweet flavors like figs and dried strawberries. Also has smooth tones like a piece of dark chocolate. It has some interesting spice notes as well. We highly recommend using this bean for pourover but produces a great cup of coffee brewed any way.
