This is our first ever offering from Rwanda and we're so glad to have this available. The site has produced Cup of Excellence winner's in the past and this one doesn't disappoing. The producers have a wonderful relationship with the farmers and pay them an additional dividend at the end of each season depending on the performance of the coffees.
We find it has a light body yet very sweet flavors like honey and dried figs. It has some interesting spice notes that we relate to cardamom. We highly recommend using this bean for pourover but produces a great cup of coffee brewed any way.
