This washed coffee from the Chiapas region in Mexico has a typical bold and sweet body. It has a bold body with a rich raw cocoa powder feel when you first take a sip. We also tasted notes of a rustic citrus that reminded us of dried orange slices. A rich sweetness rolls in to bring all the flavors together. 
 
The bold body of this coffee would be perfect for espresso or a comfortable daily drinker.
