This washed coffee from the Veracruz region in Mexico has a typical sweet and creamy body. But also has a more fruity and acidic side. It has a sweet body with a rich dessert notes that feel like you have chocolate cream pie. There's also some soft fruity notes. Nothing too powerful but something that reminds us of a sweet, soft pear. There's also a lingering rustic tone similar to a raw pecan.
