We're very excited to bring this coffee on to our menu. We usually only get one natural processed coffee from Ethiopia and the past few years we've picked the same one. This year we've changed it up and went with this fruit salad like coffee from the Buku farmers in the Guji region. We taste berries and tropical fruits, mainly blackberry and papaya. It also has a light body similar to jasmine tea. This coffee is perfect for pour overs or any other drip brewer.
