We're excited to offer this coffee from Colombia which is a chiroso variety. The chiroso variety is a relatively new variety unique to Colombia. And this is grown by highly rated Edward Sandoval on his farm Finca Canta Ranas.
 
This coffee has a very unique taste, as expected with a chiroso. It is sweet, yet tart, and has a certain texture to it. This coffee has gone through a washed process so you’ll still get a clean cup with that sweet and tartness. We get subtle fruit notes that taste like white grape and cantaloupe. Behind the sweetness there’s a slightly tart body similar to hibiscus tea. Overall it’s a clean drinking cup with a unique profile.
