We've been showcasing some lighter coffees in our lineup lately but this Brazil is on much darker and bolder side. This coffee comes from a very small family farm run by Dona Marta, who inherited the farm from her family and has invested into growing high quality specialty coffee on their one hectacre farm.
 
We've taken this coffee to one of the darkest levels we've had to really bring a bold yet smooth flavor profile. There's a strong dark chocolate body up front but we also find a nuttyness that's ligher and brighter, similar to pistachio. Some winey fruit notes can also be found that remind us of a tart blackberry jam.
 
This coffee is perfect if you're looking for a bolder coffee with rich body.
