This honey processed coffee from Finca Miravalles, a farm owned by the Duarte family, and is located in Apaneca, Ahuachapan, not too far from the Santa Ana volcano. You can see the nearby town of Atiquizaya from the farm slopes. It has a caramel like sweet body with a pop of flavor similar to ginger candy.  We also tasted a richer note of chocolate, but more subtle like a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
 
The coffee would be a great daily drinker with adding a little extra pizzazz.
