This washed coffee from the Chiapas region in Mexico has a typical bold and sweet body. It has a caramel sweetness that goes well with rich, dark chocolate notes. We also tasted notes of a rustic citrus that reminded us of those candied orange slices.
 
The bold body of this coffee would be perfect for espresso or a comfortable daily drinker.
