The El Puente processing facility is located in Palestina, Huila, Colombia. “El Puente” translates to “the bridge”, representing the connection that the processing facility creates between local smallholder producers and the global specialty coffee industry. 
 We find this coffee has a bright yet rich body. We notice notes of brighter fruits with some specific strawberry flavor coming through. But overall there's a sweet milk chocolate body and a creamyness as if there was almond butter swirled throughout.
